Vinyasa Yoga (Flow Yoga) It has two components sequencing and rhythm. You flow from one Asana (pose) to the next, moving to the steady rhythm of your breath.
This style energizes you. It challenges your muscular strength, aerobic endurance, flexibility, balance and mental stamina.
